Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds for travelers who return earlier than the duration specified in their original booking.

Don't worry, you can call to the facility parking about being locked out. You can pay the remaining balance for the additional time upon your arrival with using a credit/debit card or cash.
For pre-booked customers, your initial confirmation email serves as your official receipt. If you were a drive-up customer and need a duplicate receipt, please email support@theparkingstation.com with your phone and email address and the specific lot used.
